Shipping ,handling or carriage for shipments outside of the UK can be obtained by contacting us via e-mail or telephone

All products will be supplied to the specification of the customer, and will be the correct supply. If you find the item to be faulty in anyway you may return the item for exchange. If no exchange is available a refund will be issued on original purchase price.
All items correctly supplied by us and then returned as no fault of our own will be subject to a handling charge of 20% of the original purchase price. No allowance will be made for labour or delivery costs incurred .

All goods must be returned at the sender's expense. If required, we offer a collection service at a charge of £14.50
